Mad Media brought its full arsenal of some of the best off-road photographers in the industry to this years Baja 1000. Strategically positioned throughout the course, we knew we’d would have our work cut out for us.
The start of the Baja 1000 is known for it’s run through the wash just after the start line in Ensenada. Brendan Klein shot down in the trenches and got these wild shots of the racers storming through thick mud, deep pools of water, and crowds of wild race fans.
Choosing to work the top section between Ojos Negros and Valle De La Trinidad, Mad Media Director of Photography Vincent Knakal found these killer spots that featured some fun holes, high speed turns and passing opportunities.
Jason Zindroski posted up on the extreme Goat Trail just outside of Valley T. This severe, tight downhill crawl leaves no room for error, otherwise you’re going for a wild ride down the 200+ foot cliff.
