Mad Media is proud to present, the “Ken Block 2011 Ford Fiesta RS WRC Reveal” clip! This viral film was shot on location in Torsby, Sweden at their Ski Tunnel facility in a mere eight hours, and edited, mastered, and uploaded to YouTube twelve hours later. The spot features the directorial work of “Martelli Brothers” Joshua Martelli, editing by Mad Media Senior Producer Ryan Holdridge, cinematography by DP Mike McEntire and 1st AC Sherri Miranda, lighting by gaffer Jeff Ferrero, and 110% hustle by Mad Media PA Eddie Barreto. The spot is one of three custom viral films produced for Ken Block and the Monster World Rally Team, created to launch Ken’s 2011 season, which includes WRC racing, various Gymkhana projects, X Games, as well as some secret projects still in the works. Critical to the project was the showcase of the “livery” or car graphics on Ken’s new car – that are being carried over into a line of shirts, sweatshirts, and hats to be sold by partner and sponsor DC Shoes.
